10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m.: BPI (Business Process Initiative) review
John Reeve (Interloc Solutions)
When was the last time you stopped to re-evaluate all requirements since day-1 at your site? Have some of the original developers departed? Is the documentation unclear? Are people questioning why we must enter data this way? Do some find the system “too hard to use: (because of the overlaid triggers)?” Business Process Review (BPR) may be the most significant non-software step you could take to enhance productivity and efficiency at your site. This can be done internally without consultants – or with outside help. In the following presentation we will explain how this can be done and possible goals therein.

11:15 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Break

11:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m.: Analytics and Asset management
Samir Vyas and Pankaj Shetye (Reporting House)
This presentation will provide a brief overview of Analytics and will focus on how companies can leverage their Maximo data for increasing asset effectiveness and gaining higher ROI from their investments in assets and Maximo. It will discuss how statistical techniques can be applied to Maximo data to predict TTF, MTBF, Maintenance costs, etc. It will also provide examples of industry best practices KPIs and dashboards. The presentation will include an interactive discussion to determine the areas of interests and challenges of Maximo users with regard to Analytics and Asset management.

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: EAM Master Data Integrity
Dennis Belanger, Vice President (Management Resources Group, Inc.)
This presentation will discuss the importance of developing accurate and comprehensive foundational data and having a solid approach in place for Master Data Management going forward after an implementation. I will also discuss some of key things to consider around foundational data. The presentation will also include short case studies of how good master data management had a positive effect on a number of EAM implementations.
