When was the last time you stopped to re-evaluate all requirements since day-1 at your site? Have some of the original developers departed? Is the documentation unclear? Are people questioning why we must enter data this way? Do some find the system “too hard to use: (because of the overlaid triggers)?” Business Process Review (BPR) may be the most significant non-software step you could take to enhance productivity and efficiency at your site. This can be done internally without consultants – or with outside help. In the following presentation we will explain how this can be done and possible goals therein.

The presentation will include an interactive discussion to determine the areas of interests and challenges of Maximo users with regard to Analytics and Asset management.
